In this case I would recommend that you call the local, remember that this space is for questions to users.
Only cash. Very good food and attention
Debit or cash
They have everything in the letter
Not only do you eat there
The truth is that it is expensive and what they serve does not justify it You can also go to "Todos Contenos", on the pedestrian street Arribeños almost Mendoza
It has no executive menu
Good Morning, The owner speaks Chinese and also has the cell phone translator, it is not enough to add the familiar treatment with clients, Please request reservation by phone, Thank you. PS: I want to clarify that I am a service provider.
Excellent dishes and very good service. Highly recommended!
Very good food and attention
Expensive, boring, small portions.
I went for the soup, I didn't like it, but it shows that it's well done. It lacks to be more than a Chinese restaurant. I think fame made it possible to have higher prices. The exquisite food. The somewhat poor attention.
Excellent food and attention. They explain how each dish is prepared and give you suggestions
Excellent!!! We tried everything from the menu and one richer than the other !!!
Exquisite everything! Don't miss the prawns!
We ate dumplins, baos and laquedo pork. The incredible pork, and the richest dumplins are those that have ginger and are steamed, I would eat a thousand. The beams are of the same mass but with another form also to steam. The attention was good, it did not take long
Loved this place. It is not fast food. It is high cuisine done at the moment so prepare to wait.Tried their sour sweet fish and was awesome.
One of the only places were you can eat dim sum at ba if not the only one. It's not cheap to local standards. You can't pay with credit cards. My gf ordered a "mix de vegetales" and it was just the shittiest vegetable mix i've ever seen, my food was okay but not great. I do not recommend this place.
One of the best restaurants in Buenos Aires by far. Great tastes, quality and service.
Excellent dumplings and duck.Service is mediocre.A little on the expensive side.
Very good food. Abundant dishes to share. They only accept cash
The best chinese restaurant in BA. Me encanta.
Best chinese restaurant in town! 5 stars. Try the panked prawns, the sirloin buns and the shrimp jiaotzu.
Good but limited dim sum and other good Chinese food. Most authentic in Buenos Aires Chinatown
Waited 40 minutes until food comes. In the picture in the menu, 1 portion xiao long bao = 11 pieces, when it came only 5. NO JUICE inside xiao long bao (WHAT KIND OF XIAO LONG BAO IS THIS?!), the skin is too thick. The rest, beef bbq and mixed fried noodle VERY salty. Truly disappointment.
It is a pity that this restaurant has closed its doors permanently. Hopefully they come back after the pandemic!
The food was good but we had a 30 minutes from the moment we ordered to when food was served. Which I believe is a long wait for two basic dishes like chao mien and chao fan.
Went for some dim sums, but were surprised at how much they were. From the selection that we had for dim sums, the food was good, but the variety was lacking and cost bit prohibitive
The best Chinese food in Buenos Aires. The dishes take a little because they are made at the moment, super homemade and delicious. $ 600 per person approx. Incredible dumplings
The food is not from Hong Kong at all. Very rude waiter and bad food!
The best oriental food place in Buenos Aires by far. I go whenever I can, the dishes are exquisite and the attention is very warm.
Excellent food. Service was extremely slow the night I went but that seems to be a rare occurrence. Food is definitely worth the wait.
I strongly do not recommend this restaurant.I hate leaving bad reviews, so I will just give you the facts. First, they do not accept any foreign cards, whether they are Visa debit or Visa credit or Mastercards... and our waiter got mad at us even though he said they accept Visa debit and credit (he did not say no foreign cards accepted until our 3rd try.) It was not a language issue.Second, it was just bad food. :( The xiao long bao, which is famous because they are supposed to have delicious, hot broth inside the buns, were dry inside with thick, a bit gummy dough. They were not fresh. The jiaozi were good, though not special. The stir-fried bok choy arrived after 40 minutes even though they take 5 minutes to make, and honestly for the price, there was very little.2 stars because the decor and location were nice, and the restaurant was clean.
An exceptional place, the best Chinese in Latin America by far.
Culinary style and recipes from Hong Kong, carried out by its owner and chef. Excellent prawns with curry and squid to-pa. The dishes in general have an appreciable presentation and the quality is assured. Relatively high prices.
Not cheap but great quality!
Traditional restaurant in the Chinatown of Belgrano. With more risky and complex dishes than most. I strongly recommend the sour fish
The food is very rich, tasty, when it is a dish with spicy has just enough to not cover the flavors, the presentation of the dishes is visually appealing, the atmosphere is quiet, not usually full, the attention in the room is good. The problem is the times of the kitchen, as I understand there is only one cook, the dishes are quite small in relation to their price, they only accept cash (debit also but "the posnet does not work"), does not make a discount for cash payment nor does it give out a fiscal ticket, which I think is disrespectful because if you are going to charge me everything, give me a ticket.
Hit the spot
Very nice room with excellent cleanliness, atmosphere and a truly excellent personalized attention. The typical gastronomy very well achieved with delicious dishes, have desserts that are excellent to end a wonderful experience. It is paid in cash or with debit (consult), they have a moderate wine list, prices are not cheap, but it is worth the expense. A highly recommended place to eat typically oriental dishes with a particular touch.
A spectacular restaurant, great service and better food. The place is quiet and is very well set. Pork with Chinese bread, sautéed prawns and dumplings are some of the options that you have to ask for if or if. I recommend making a selection of portions and sharing. An ideal place to eat Chinese food.
One of my favorite restaurants in Chinatown. Authentic flavors, good atmosphere. The dim-sum is thumbs up
It has been many years since I went. We were like 10 so we asked for everything. It's weird because they have some amazing dishes and others that are worth nothing at all. The lacquered pig, the chau fan, the spring, vegetables do not go. If we ordered a chau mien it was very good and two varieties of prawns out of series. The fried grouper was good but nothing to write home about. I found the price somewhat high!
Ecxelente Attention, service, and food. Rodrigo assisted us, very good service on your part. Price range: normal for what was the food and the amount we consume. One entry, two main dishes, dessert, Stella beer and two waters, weights 1450.-. I would definitely go back.
Just had lunch there, yummie. We had seaweed salad, dim sum (or so) with shrimps, langostinos with ginger and fried noodles vegetarian style. Perfect to prep for shopping in Barrio Chino on a Saturday afternoon...
After 4 countries in South America I was just about to give up on true authentic chinese food but decided on our last night to try one more restaurant. We were cautioned that it would take a little longer for our food as the chef cooks every dish himself (dad) even though there were 5 chefs in the kitchen. It was well worth the wait!!!!!! We ordered dim sum to steamed fish and loved all of it. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and is a true REPRESENTATION of AUTHENTIC Chinese food! All dishes coming out of the kitchen looked fabulous! Destination worth visiting if you want good food and a sense of home!
Comfortable environment, highly recommended sweet and sour fried fish. Dishes take time, but are worth it.
Very good place to know Chinese cuisine, the attention is good and the prices too, highly recommended!
Really bad food and service. Live in BA so know the Asian food isn't the spiciest or most authentic, but here even the beef was bad. Just odd flavorless brown liquid with a meat of your choice. Don't like writing bad reviews of people's businesses, but it isn't cheap so feel people should be warned.
Food was tasty, and limited dimsum a la carte. They had highchairs for kids. Did not blow my mind, but was solid Chinese.
Excellent!!! Very good service and delicious dishes that we ask for advice of the waiter!
Ask for spicy sauce
Excellent!! Delicious food. A wonderful chef!
Excellent atmosphere and attention! The soup of the delicious agripicante house !!! Prices according. A carnival of flavors!
Most people's mistake is in believing that Chinese food should be fast, hearty and cheap. An error that I know was occurring when the Chinese emigrated to America and did it that way out of necessity. When there is quality and love in food, it takes time. The food at HKS is prepared on the spot, and is traditional Cantonese food. Unlike many other Chinese restaurants where they adapt it to the western palate. The freshness of the dishes is like no other like the quality. Each dish is exquisite.
OMG! I do not understand these reviews, I have traveled the world and eaten at some of the best, budget to mid range restaurants and the price you pay here and for what you get is very shameful. The quality of the food is a 4.5 out of 10, I saw only 5-6 items of DIm Sum and it's mainly Dumplings and nothing else I couldn't believe it. Just so that any traveler knows this is one of the only places that sell dim sum but I cant say this is, with only 5-6 items it's just starters so you will only get mega disappointed. With that out of the way its safe to say no where sells Dim Sum in BA, the food is OK nothing special and the portions are small but I'm comparing to London and Hong Kong so the price is double, half the portion size and quality is lower so stick to Argentina food and do not bother with Asia Cuisine as it's to expensive for what you get.For the same meal in London I would have paid around $60USD here I paid around $100USD so disappointed. AVOID
Typical Chinese food, not being on Arribeños is a little quieter and there are not so many people. The place very discreet, with a calm and sober atmosphere. The food is good, without standing out at a price that is handled by almost all the remains of Chinatown. Expensive for the kitchen level and the ingredients they use but good. The dumplings, even though they do not look that good, are good, good filling and flavor. The mixed soup the truth that very rich (it is like a chop suey made soup), the chicken with shiitake mushrooms and badly achieved bamboo, without taste, lacks flavor, I have tried several better ones. Very comfortable bathrooms and very good service. In general, it's fine, more if you want a quieter place.
I love this place! Reheat strawberry chicken and steamed foods !!!
